False Advertising

QUESTION: How come movies don't have to adhere to the laws of false advertising?

This image is a grab from the Predators trailer. In the climax of the trailer the lead character is targetted with about 16 laser sights. Thus insinuating that there will be some bad-ass scene in the actual movie involving a shit load of Predators. WRONG.
In the actual movie scene there is only ONE predator laser on him. The rest were presumably added in post to make the film seem more exciting. Er... Ripoff!

Needless to say there is now a multiple Predator shaped void in my soul that can only be filled by a gangbang with 16 large Rastafarians.
